A Few Words About Me

Dr. Teki Hegwood is a Board Certified OB/GYN with over 25 years experience. She received her medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine and completed an OB/GYN residency program at Regions Hospital, St. Paul, MN. Throughout her career, Dr. Hegwood has valued professional and personal development compelling her to not only get an MBA from Auburn University in 2014 but also pursue further education and training in Regenerative Medicine. Being the best in one’s field requires training with the best and Dr. Hegwood strives to give the best possible care to her patients. Therefore, Dr. Hegwood has pursued training with the founder of platelet rich plasma (PRP) technology, Dr. Arun Garg, as well as the physicians that have used these techniques successfully for more than 10 years. By leveraging the body’s own healing potential, the patient has natural solutions to problems that have not been effectively treated before and does so in a way that the side effects are minimal. E’lan Vital Medical Spa was established in Savannah, GA, so that Dr. Hegwood could continue serving women and men providing life altering procedures that restore vitality, instill confidence, and reverse signs of aging.
